Course Objectives:

The course aims to help the students learn the fundamentals of implant dentistry, basic biological concepts behind tissue integration, implications for clinical decision making, understand the treatment procedures and protocols. The topics include historical perspectives, implant biomaterials principles of placement, reconstructing hard and soft tissue and maintenance, treatment of complications, contradictory theories and the latest clinical advancements.

Curriculum:

  1. How to fabricate full mouth bridges on Strategic Implants from start to finish.
  2. Observe and learn each step on the live patient and understand the prosthesis manipulation by the dentist also.
  3. Introduction to materials used in Lab procedures in Strategic Implantology.
  4. Techniques to incorporate high esthetics in the anterior zone.
  5. Understand how to trim the abutments in the model and learn the importance of giving an active fit to all the prostheses.
  6. Learn basic concepts of occlusion in bridges and segments.
  7. Learn how to use a face bow in getting accurate jaw relation.
  8. Tips and tricks to complete the prosthesis within 72 hours.
  9. Learn fabrication of both metal to acrylic and ceramic bridges.
  10. Understand the concepts of metal to composite.

 

Mode of Training: Both Online (via Google Meet/Zoom) and Contact training. Lecture with Slides/Video presentation and an interactive session.

Duration: : 1 hr   (2 hr Lecture and Presentaion, 1 hr demonstration)

Course Material: Digital distribution in PDF format.

Course Fee: Rs. 50,00 per delegates from India and 70 Euros Per delegate for International Delegates.

Frequency: Contact Program: 3 PM to 4 PM on First Sunday of January, April, July, October.
Online Program: 7 PM to 8 PM on the First Sunday of January, April, July, October.
